I’m redecorating my room with a “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” style theme…can you help?
I’m going to paint my room “Tiffany Blue”, but was wondering about accents and a comforter. I know brown would go well with the blue color, but I just bought an antique dresser and stripped the color and painted it black. My jewelry box is black as well, so I’m trying to stay with blue and black and white??? I want a black comforter, but can’t seem to find a cute one…any suggestions? I’d even go for a duvet cover. I just bought two posters from the movie and I’m going to hang those in the room, but I’d like to know if I should paint my walls solid, or do some design and also other accents/accessories.
I think that a plain white comforter would look really nice, then just add tons of black accent pillows. Ooooh and get some of those black box shelves like the ones in the 2nd pic below. But if you REALLY want a black one then like the other guy said try ebay…its your best bet. For the walls do three a solid color then do a cool accent wall with a nice design maybe like something on this site?
